Job Description
Locum Ready is seeking an experienced ANP to provide high-quality care at a well-established GP surgery in Dartford. This role is perfect for an ANP looking for a flexible and rewarding locum opportunity in a busy and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include conducting face-to-face consultations, diagnosing and treating minor illnesses, long-term condition management, and prescribing where appropriate. You will work alongside a team of experienced GPs, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants to deliver excellent patient care.
We are offering up to 3 days a week, and more than one locum ANP can be used if required.
Job Requirements:
Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) qualification with relevant postgraduate training.
V300 Independent Prescribing certification.
Experience in a primary care setting (GP practice, urgent care, or walk-in centre).
Confident in triaging, diagnosing, and treating a variety of conditions.
Proficiency in EMIS, SystmOne, or Vision (training can be provided if necessary).
DBS check required (or willingness to undergo one).
Working Days and Hours:
Up to 3 days a week (flexible schedule).
Sessions available from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to practice needs).
Option for longer shifts or extended hours if desired.
